Health Dangers of Wireless Technology and How To Avoid It

In the modern world where almost everything is run by technology, most of us don’t realise how much over the years we got overexposed to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and their potential dangers. Concerns about its effects on our health continue to grow and the best way one can combat it is by equipping oneself of knowledge of what really it is, in what way it affects us and how can we avoid further exposure from it.

Understanding EMF

Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) are invisible areas of energy often referred to as radiation. They are associated with the use of electrical devices such as computers, microwaves, cell phones, smart meters and other smart devices that rely on cell towers and wifi.
EMFs are almost impossible to avoid as the use of these technologies became the new norm of modern society. While it seems totally safe and convenient, we are all putting our health at risk as EMFs are extremely dangerous and is present everywhere that even several devices that can be commonly found at a usual household can easily produce enough radiation to cause harm.

Andy's 10 Basic Advice To Mitigate Later Health Issues When Using Smartphones & Routers:

  • 1.) Never sleep with your phone next to you!
  • 2.) Turn on aeroplane mode and turn off wireless and Bluetooth!
  • 3.) Simply turn the phone off at night!
  • 4.) NEVER put a mobile phone to your head!
  • 5.) NEVER let a child near a mobile, unless it's in full aeroplane mode!
  • 6.) When travelling keep your phone at least 1m away!
  • 7.) NEVER put your phone in your pocket or bra!
  • 8.) Don't be within 2m of your wireless router!
  • 9.) If you're not using Bluetooth or wireless, then turn them off!
  • 10.) When texting, emailing or using anything on your mobile or smart tablet that doesn't require internet, turn on flight mode, do what you want to do and ONLY turn back on when it needs to send it!
